Google Ads management

Google Ads management you can actually see

Google Ads sent to your website, checked and improved every week, with plain reports on calls and enquiries. Your account stays in your name.

Our Google Ads management is for plumbers and other local businesses, and you deal directly with Wilson.

Sound familiar?

You're paying for Google Ads but can't see what's being done or what it brings in.

  • Clicks from people who will never hire you: junk searches like DIY fixes, jobs and cheap parts.
  • Ads running on apps and websites instead of on Google search.
  • Reports full of clicks, instead of the real calls and enquiries you got.

How we manage your Google Ads

How our Google Ads management works.

Six things we do for every account.

Weekly checks

Every week we check what you spent and what came in.

Search terms report

The list of what people actually typed before clicking your ad. We read it every week.

Negative keywords

Searches you block so you stop paying for clicks from people who will never hire you.

Conversion tracking

Measuring the calls and enquiries that come from ads and the website, not just clicks. Real form leads and calls are counted separately from taps on a phone number.

Ads and landing pages

Each ad sends people to a page about the exact service they searched for.

Performance Max and Display

Google campaign types that spread ads beyond search; they can eat budget without bringing calls if left unchecked. We only use them when tracking shows they bring enquiries.

Reporting

Reporting you can see.

Plain-English reports showing what was done and the calls and enquiries it brought.

Cost per lead. What each real enquiry or call costs you in ad spend.

You also get the search terms report and your account's change history whenever you ask, so you can check the work yourself.

Yours, not ours

Your account stays in your name.

Our Google Ads management services come with no strings attached. Your Google Ads consultant is Wilson himself.

Plumbers

Google Ads for plumbers

Plumbers get calls for urgent jobs: a burst pipe, a blocked drain, no hot water. So Google Ads for plumbers have to show at the right times and in the right places, and block searches like DIY fixes, plumbing jobs and plumbing supplies. The same goes for Google Ads for tradies in other trades.

We manage Google Ads from our offices in Adelaide, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, for plumbers across Australia.

Questions

Good to know.

How much does Google Ads cost?

There are two parts: your ad spend, which you set and pay to Google, and the management fee. We suggest a starting budget after looking at your services, area and competition. You can change the budget at any time.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

We quote a monthly fee after we have looked at your business and your current account (if you have one). No lock-in contract.

Is Google Ads worth it for a plumber?

It can be, when every call and enquiry is tracked and junk searches are blocked. If the numbers don't stack up for your business, we'll tell you.

Google Ads vs SEO: which is better?

Google Ads can bring calls from the day the ads go live, and you pay for each click. SEO takes longer but keeps working without paying per click. Many local businesses use both. We do both, so we can tell you honestly which fits your situation.

What's included in your Google Ads management?

Our PPC management covers weekly checks of your spend and results, the search terms report, negative keywords, conversion tracking for real calls and enquiries, ads matched to the right landing pages, and keeping Performance Max and Display in check. You also get a plain-English monthly report.

How do I know if my Google Ads agency is actually doing anything?

Ask for three things: the search terms report, the change history in your account, and how many real calls and form enquiries came from the ads (not clicks or "conversions" you can't explain). If you can't get them, that tells you something.

Will I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. It stays in your name, and so does everything else.

Can you take over my existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We start by checking what is set up now, including the tracking, before changing anything.

Do you only work with plumbers?

No. We manage Google Ads for local businesses, and we have a special focus on plumbers.
