Before the season
- Clean gutters and downpipes.
- Check for cracked or slipped tiles.
- Check ridge capping pointing.
- Trim branches that overhang the roof.
- Check flashings around skylights and vents.
After a storm
- Look for water stains on ceilings.
- From the ground, look for slipped tiles or lifted sheets.
- Don't get on a wet roof yourself.
- Take photos for your insurer.
- Call us for a tarp and inspection.
