Roof restoration
A restoration brings a tired roof back into good order without replacing it. It suits roofs that are sound underneath but faded, mossy or leaking at the ridges.
What's included
- High-pressure clean to remove moss, lichen and grime.
- Broken and cracked tiles replaced.
- Ridge capping re-bedded where needed and re-pointed.
- Valleys and flashings checked and repaired.
- Primer and a two-coat membrane in your choice of colour.
Tile or metal
- Concrete tiles: clean, repair, re-point, coat.
- Terracotta tiles: clean, repair, re-point; often left uncoated.
- Metal: rust treatment, new screws, primer and coating, or a re-roof if the sheets are past it.

Can I choose the colour?
Yes. We bring colour samples and can show your roof in a few options.
