What we don't do
Some jobs legally need a licensed tradie. We'll tell you, and point you to one.
- Electrical work: wiring, power points and light fittings go to a licensed electrician.
- Plumbing and gas: taps on the water supply, drains and gas go to a licensed plumber or gas fitter.
- Structural building work and anything that needs a building licence or permit.
- Roof work above single-storey height.
How pricing works
By the job, or by the hour. You'll know which first.
Clear jobs get a fixed price. Jobs where we can't see the problem until we start are charged by the hour, with an estimate up front. There is a minimum charge per visit, so a list of jobs is better value than one.

Can you rekey my locks?
We fit new locks. For rekeying or master key systems, we recommend a locksmith.
My door sticks only in winter. Can you fix it?
Yes. We plane and adjust it so it works all year.
