See jobsHow pricing works
By the job, or by the hour. You'll know which first.
Clear jobs get a fixed price. Jobs where we can't see the problem until we start are charged by the hour, with an estimate up front. There is a minimum charge per visit, so a list of jobs is better value than one.
- Fixed price
- Assembly, installs, gutters, most door and deck jobs.
- Hourly, with an estimate
- Finding leaks, rot or problems behind walls.
- Materials
- We supply them at cost plus pickup, or use yours.
- Minimum charge
- Per visit, so we bundle your small jobs together.
Honest scope
We know where our job ends.
A good handyman saves you calling three tradies for small jobs. A good handyman also knows which jobs need a licence.
What we don't do
Some jobs legally need a licensed tradie. We'll tell you, and point you to one.
- Electrical work: wiring, power points and light fittings go to a licensed electrician.
- Plumbing and gas: taps on the water supply, drains and gas go to a licensed plumber or gas fitter.
- Structural building work and anything that needs a building licence or permit.
- Roof work above single-storey height.

Installs
Shelves level, TVs secure, flat-pack built.
We find the studs, use the right fixings and clean up the dust.
