Decks
A deck should feel solid underfoot, drain well and look like it belongs to the house. We build in hardwood or composite, on a frame designed to last.

Timber and finishes
- Spotted gum and blackbutt: hard-wearing Australian hardwoods.
- Merbau: rich colour, popular for decks.
- Composite boards: low maintenance, consistent colour.
- Oiled, stained or left to silver naturally.
How we build
- Footings and a frame set out level and square.
- Ventilation under the deck to keep the frame dry.
- Hidden or face fixings, your choice.
- Steps, balustrades and built-in seating if you want them.
How we work
Measured twice.
Good carpentry starts before the saw. We plan with you, choose the timber together and build it once, properly.
- Measure and listenWe visit, measure up and hear how you want to use the space.
- Drawings and a fixed quoteSimple drawings, the timber and finish, and one price.
- BuildA tidy site, regular updates and the finish you chose.
- Hand overA walk-through and care notes for the timber.
