Questions
End of lease cleaning FAQs
What's included in an end of lease clean?
Everything in the checklist on this page: kitchen including the oven, bathrooms, laundry, inside cupboards and windows.
Do you guarantee I get my bond back?
No one can promise that: the agent decides. What we do promise is that if the agent flags anything we cleaned, we come back and fix it.
Does the house need to be empty?
Yes, ideally, so we can clean inside cupboards and behind where furniture was.
Do you clean carpets too?
Yes, as an add-on. Many agents ask for it.
